Job Description:

- Manage revenue cycle operations for Hospital and Medical Group - Direct patient accounting functions for hospital and professional billing - Supervise daily billing, follow-up, and denial processes - Create work schedules, monitor performance, resolve issues, and educate staff

Qualifications:

- Preferred Bachelor's degree or relevant experience - Experience in physician billing, leadership, and Epic - Knowledge in patient registration, billing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting - Ability to lead and manage diverse staff, interpret payer contract requirements, negotiate with insurance vendors
