Job Description

• Plan, provide, and supervise nursing care for patients in an efficient and compassionate manner.
• Coordinate care planning with other healthcare providers and departments.
• Adhere to universal precautions and infection control policies.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide direct patient care following physician orders in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take and record measurements or readings.
• Assess patient condition and provide appropriate treatment.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Provide leadership and collaborate with other caregivers on the unit.
• Participate in maintaining the unit's readiness for HFAP accreditation.
• Assist with patient rounds.

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree.
• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) required within one year of employment.

• Full-time: 36 hours per week (7am-7:30pm for day shift, 7pm-7:30am for night shift).

• Shift differentials of $3.50/hr for day shifts and $4.50/hr for night shifts.
• Hourly pay range of $29.00-$45.00/hr based on degree and experience.
• Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 (paid in 3 annual installments of $5,000).
