Job Description

• Plan, provide, and/or supervise nursing care in an efficient and compassionate manner
• Coordinate care planning with other caregivers and areas
• Adhere to universal precautions and infection control policies
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Provide direct patient care in a warm and friendly manner
• Take and record measurements or readings
• Assess patient condition and provide necessary treatment
• Administer prescribed medications
• Collaborate with other caregivers on the unit
• Participate in maintaining unit readiness for HFAP
• Assist with patient rounds

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN
• Valid RN degree in Ohio
• Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of employment
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) required within one year of employment

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

Our client offers different positions, full-time or part-time, with options for day or night shifts. Full-time employees work 36 hours a week (day shift: 7am-7:30pm, night shift: 7pm–7:30am), while part-time employees have a couple of shifts a week.

They also provide shift differentials of $3.50/hr for day shifts and $4.50/hr for night shifts. The hourly range for this role is $29.00-$45.00/hr, depending on degree and experience. In addition, they offer a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 (paid in three annual installments of $5,000) with relocation assistance.
