Job Description
- Engage customers, understand their needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting the appropriate vehicle.
- Present vehicle features, financing options, and additional services confidently and clearly.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and address customer inquiries throughout the buying process.
- Close sales with integrity and professionalism.
- Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and provide detailed explanations of their features, warranty, and service details.
- Stay updated on promotions, inventory, financing programs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in automotive sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of closing sales successfully.
- Highly self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
- Presents a clean and professional appearance.
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
