Job Description

  • Engage customers, understand their needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting the appropriate vehicle.
  • Present vehicle features, financing options, and additional services confidently and clearly.
  • Conduct vehicle test drives and address customer inquiries throughout the buying process.
  • Close sales with integrity and professionalism.
  • Complete all necessary sales documentation accurately.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and provide detailed explanations of their features, warranty, and service details.
  • Stay updated on promotions, inventory, financing programs, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in automotive sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing sales successfully.
  • Highly self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Presents a clean and professional appearance.
  • High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
