Job Description

• Engage customers and provide personalized vehicle recommendations based on their preferences and needs
• Confidently present vehicle features, financing options, and value-added services
• Guide customers through test drives and address any inquiries throughout the purchasing process
• Conclude sales transactions with integrity and professionalism
• Ensure accurate completion of necessary sales documentation
• Deliver vehicles to customers and offer comprehensive explanations of features, warranty, and service details
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, inventory, financing programs, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and surpass sales targets

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive sales for at least 6 months
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to close sales successfully
• Highly motivated with a team-oriented mindset
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
