Scale Maintenance Manager
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Omaha, NE office.

**Successful candidate must be willing to travel 6-10 nights per month**

Job Description
- Oversee and manage the company’s Scale Maintenance Program across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal Weights & Measures regulations
- Collaborate with operations and EHS teams on proactive safety and compliance initiatives
- Provide input and oversight on facility capital projects and improvements
- Direct third-party scale maintenance contractors and negotiate service agreements
- Maintain quality standards and develop technical best practices across locations
- Evaluate weigh systems and support maintenance planning for grain handling operations
- Travel up to 10 nights per month to remote locations as needed
- Maintain regular reporting on maintenance activities, compliance, and outcomes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in scale maintenance, construction, or bulk material handling
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Background in agriculture or grain handling strongly preferred
- Proficient in reading building plans and managing service contracts
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work safely at heights up to 200 ft
- Comfortable working in loud, dusty, or confined environments with PPE
- Advanced computer proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing, databases)
- Degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field a plus
