Job Description
- Design and develop silicon-based trench power devices for high-performance applications.
- Evaluate electrical and thermal performance to ensure device reliability.
- Lead device characterization and provide comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate devices into final products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years of experience, or
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 6+ years of experience, or
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience. (no Mechanical Engineering)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and reliability of silicon devices.
- Proven experience in designing and fabricating medium to high-voltage silicon devices.
- Proficiency with TCAD tools and familiarity with CADENCE layout and simulation tools.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage testing and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
