Senior Water & Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Austin, TX office.

Job Description
- Join our client's team to lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects, ensuring successful design and implementation.
- Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Design and develop water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with Texas water and wastewater standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Conduct project meetings, manage QA/QC processes, and collaborate with CAD and marketing teams.
- Support business development efforts by preparing technical proposals and fee estimates.
- Travel to attend client meetings and conduct project site visits within the region.
Qualifications
- Hold an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of technical experience in water and wastewater engineering, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cultivate client relationships simultaneously.
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
