Senior Water & Wastewater Engineer / Project Manager

Job Description

  • Join our client's team to lead and manage water and wastewater engineering projects, ensuring successful design and implementation.
  • Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Design and develop water and wastewater pipelines, pump stations, treatment plants, and related infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with Texas water and wastewater standards and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers and technical staff.
  • Conduct project meetings, manage QA/QC processes, and collaborate with CAD and marketing teams.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing technical proposals and fee estimates.
  • Travel to attend client meetings and conduct project site visits within the region.

Qualifications

  • Hold an active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of technical experience in water and wastewater engineering, including at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cultivate client relationships simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
