Solar Sales Professional
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Albion, MI office.
Note: Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. Quarterly bonuses add approximately $12,000 to $20,000 annually.

Job Description
- Oversee and expand a diverse portfolio of 200+ commercial accounts primarily in the Midwest region
- Forge new partnerships and convert inbound leads into long-lasting client relationships
- Present solar designs and proposals with a clear focus on ROI and technical details
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and cultivate repeat business
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, including pipeline updates and forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation
- Full-time role (Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week) with no required overtime
- On-site position with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates
- Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonuses ranging from $12,000 to $20,000 annually
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (preferably B2B)
- At least 1 year of experience in solar sales
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in solar sales or knowledge of racking/PV design is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
