Job Description:

• Support the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Assist in brainstorming new menu items and contributing to menu development.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Maintain consistency and quality standards for all dishes prepared.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management and assist in procurement of kitchen supplies.
