Sous Chef
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Miami, FL location.

Job Description:
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Contribute to menu planning and the creation of new dishes.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure a high standard of food preparation.
- Maintain quality control for all dishes leaving the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong culinary skills, including various cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Experience in menu planning and development.Indeed

- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Creativity and passion for developing new recipes.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Capacity to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Formal culinary training or a degree from a culinary school is preferred.
- Experience with Cuban-Caribbean or fusion cuisine is a plus.
