Job Description

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments to maintain positive cash flow
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular account reconciliations
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth
• Handle payroll processing, tax filings, and ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
• Utilize Sage accounting software and Excel for effective financial tracking and reporting
• Work closely with the leadership team to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or financial management
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, collections, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Sage (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a small business or startup environment is a plus
