Job Description

  • Responsibly operate and maintain grinding machines to create or repair precision tools and components.
  • Expertly read and interpret blueprints and specifications to meet stringent standards.
  • Execute precise manual milling, boring, drilling, and tapping for high-quality outputs.
  • Proficiently operate manual lathes to perform turning, boring, and threading tasks.
  • Precision measurement and inspection of materials using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
  • Efficiently set up and fine-tune equipment for optimal performance and precision.
  • Prioritize safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance, including cleaning and replacing worn parts.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience of more than 3 years in tool grinding and manual machining.
  • Proficiency in manual milling and lathe operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively read and work from blueprints.
  • Adept at utilizing precision measurement tools with accuracy.
  • High school diploma or GED is a mandatory requirement.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate overtime and occasional Saturday shifts.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. citizens or permanent residents only).
