Vice President – Water & Wastewater Engineering

Job Description
- Lead the growth and innovation of the water and wastewater engineering division through strategic direction.
- Hold the senior technical role for water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pump stations, and pipeline projects.
- Supervise multiple municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish strong connections with municipalities, agencies, and public sector clients.
- Manage, mentor, and oversee a team of engineers and project managers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Ensure all projects are in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Qualifications
- Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Over 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on municipal projects.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, managing engineering teams, and handling large-scale projects.
- Expertise in water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, tunnels, and pipeline infrastructure.
- Exceptional client engagement skills, particularly with Texas municipalities.
- Proficiency in managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (sponsorship is not available).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Vice President or in an equivalent leadership role.
- Familiarity with Texas municipal regulations and agencies.
- Additional certifications in engineering or project management.
