Vice President – Water & Wastewater Engineering

Job Description

  • Lead and drive growth and innovation as the Vice President of Hydroengineering.
  • Act as the senior technical authority for water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pump stations, and pipeline projects.
  • Oversee multiple municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Foster strong relationships with municipalities, agencies, and public sector clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality work.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and expand market presence.

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, preferably within municipal projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing engineering teams and large-scale projects.
  • Expertise in water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, tunnels, and pipeline infrastructure.
  • Strong client engagement skills, particularly with Texas municipalities.
  • Experience overseeing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (sponsorship not available).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Vice President or in an equivalent leadership role.
  • Familiarity with Texas municipal regulations and agencies.
  • Additional certifications in engineering or project management.
