About Our Client:
Our client, a top-notch legal firm specializing in workers' compensation defense, is seeking experienced Senior and Associate Attorneys for a remote position. California residency and a CA Bar license are mandatory.
Job Description:
- Represent insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers
- Handle all legal defense aspects of workers' compensation cases
- Negotiate settlements and draft necessary legal documents
- Appear in court, conduct depositions, and manage case calendars
- Mentor legal assistant, build client relationships, and participate in marketing events
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of workers' comp experience required
- California Bar license is a must
- Proficiency in PracticeMaster and billing software
