Our client, a leading law firm specializing in Workers' Compensation cases, is currently seeking experienced Attorneys to join their team. This is an on-site position located in Los Angeles, CA. Salary will be based on experience.

All applicants must be residents of California and possess a valid CA Bar license.

As an Attorney, you will handle the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from start to finish. This includes managing all aspects of discovery and litigation. You will collaborate closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers
• Prepare and manage client correspondence
• Draft pleadings and negotiate settlements for Workers' Compensation cases
• Attend court appearances, manage schedules, and conduct depositions and cross-examinations
• Negotiate lien claims and implement proactive case management strategies
• Supervise and mentor legal assistants to provide effective case support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
• Participate in marketing events to attract new clients and engage existing ones
• Review case files and input information into case management and billing software
• Meet deadlines for client correspondence and attend file reviews
• Conduct training seminars for clients on changes in Workers' Compensation laws
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Workers' Compensation case law
