Job Description

• Supervise day-to-day financial activities, such as managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions
• Ensure prompt invoicing and efficient collections, actively pursuing overdue payments
• Maintain precise financial records and reconcile accounts accurately
• Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business expansion
• Handle payroll, tax-related filings, and compliance with financial laws
• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with company leadership to enhance financial procedures and streamline operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in finance or accounting management
• Solid grasp of accounting principles, collections, and financial reporting
• Proficient in QuickBooks (or equivalent accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-focused with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a small business or startup setting is highly desirable
